Horseback Yoga

This Yin style, slow flow yoga is a powerful way to connect deeper with self, horse, and nature. This is a 1 hour practice that begins on the ground, loosening up our lower body and grounding down deep into the earth. The second half of class is done in saddle. This transition takes us into our upper halves and allows us to truly understand the balance between earth and sky. This is unique way to challenge yourself in a relaxing setting and gain core strength, horsemanship, mobility, and confidence. 

**closed toed shoes required. 

**must be able to wear helmet.

Meditation Rides

Looking for horses to add some relaxation or calmness to your day? 

 

This 1 hour guided meditation ride takes you into nature on nearby trails to reflect and connect back with self and horse. This one of a kind offering allows you to integrate the stillness of your breath with the movement of the horse. This process ultimately taps into both you and the horses parasympathetic nervous system. Bringing you back to center with each class.
